Complaints Policy

LS10 Dental Care takes complaints very seriously and we try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service.

When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

​

We aim to make your experience at the practice as pleasurable as possible. However, should you have any complaints, please contact Dr Imran Mahmood on 0113 2776606 or email LS10dental@gmail.com who will be able to deal with your complaint and talk you through our procedure. Alternatively, you can pick up a copy of the procedure from reception.

Our aim is to react to complaints in the way we would want our complaint about a service to be handled.

​

We learn from every mistake that we make and we respond to patients concerns in a caring and sensitive way.
